Leeds Trinity University Chaplaincy and The Parish of Our Lady of Kirkstall (our local parish) are teaming up to bring you Alpha!

Many of us don’t often have the time or space to reflect on life’s biggest questions —questions like: Why am I here? Is there more to life than this? Is God real?

Alpha is a series of relaxed, open conversations that introduce the Christian faith in a warm, friendly, and non-judgmental environment. Each session includes a meal and refreshments provided by members of the local community, followed by small-group discussions. You’ll watch an episode that tackles a different question of faith, then have the chance to share your thoughts and hear different perspectives. You’re free to speak as much or as little as you feel comfortable.

Alpha offers a safe and welcoming place to pause, think, and explore these questions together.

Everyone is welcome, regardless of background or beliefs. It's free, and open to anyone.

Alpha will start on 13 January, 2026. The following dates are:
