Into the Light: Student Prayer & Pizza Night

Are you in need of a break? Are you looking for peace? Would you like to explore if God is truly real? Would you like to encounter God for yourself? Or would you just like to hang out and eat pizza in a non-judgemental, relaxed and welcoming space?

Then Into the Light is for you! Into the Light is a monthly student prayer and pizza night. It is open to absolutely anybody, completely free of charge, and is happening this coming Thursday 26th February at the Horsforth campus.

The prayer is led by the Franciscan Sisters of Renewal, so you’ll get to meet a community of real-life American nuns too! Don’t worry if you’ve never been before or not sure what you believe.

You are invited, and you are welcome. Head to the Chaplaincy Landing in Horsforth (outside the Chapel) at 6pm, where you'll be greeted with home baked goods and enjoy (from 6.30pm) a time of prayer, worship, meditation and the opportunity for confession. Afterwards, grab some pizza, play some games, and relax with other students.

There’s no sign-up necessary – turn up (and bring your flatmates).
